Maggi Tom yam Fix

A bowl of springy noodles with a bowl of creamy Tom Yum soup from Samila Thai restaurant. I remember that I craved an authentic Thai Maggi tom yam at 11 PM so bad until the next day. So, I had to get my mama to get me the food and it was so delicious and creamy that I had to take a picture of it.

The photo was taken with a bird’s eye view angle, capturing the food from above. It is a close-up shot to focus on the small bowl of springy noodles and a bowl of Tom Yum soup.

kl shibuya crossing

A hustle and bustle KL city of people crossing, cars getting stuck in a traffic jam and back and forth of monorail train at Jalan Bukit Bintang.

The photo was taken with a high angle, capturing the street from above and also aye level at the same time, capturing the train moving. For this photo, I used a high shutter speed setting to apply the freeze motion style of the fast-moving subjects and objects such as the people crossing, moving vehicles and trains.

smiley daisy flowers

Colourful and cheerful daisy flower balloons hanging up in the air as decorations for the Blooming Market event at Pasar Seni.

In terms of composition, it appears to have a centered composition as one of the balloons is positioned in the center of the frame. The lighting is natural which adds to the vibrant and joyful atmosphere of the photo.

ISO 400 | f 20 | 1/250s

The angle in the photo is eye level angle, capturing the singer on stage directly. The photo follows the rule of thirds composition as the singer is placed on the right side and aligns with one of the vertical gridlines.
